Terms of Service
Last updated: October 24, 2026
1. Who we are
Unrote Assist Personal (the "Service") is an AI assistant offered under the Unrote brand at https://app.unrote.ai, with its payment pages at https://pay.unrote.ai. "We", "us" and "our" mean DENIS ILIN PR BEOGRAD, a sole proprietor (preduzetnik) registered in the Republic of Serbia, registration number (matični broj) 68549639, tax identification number (PIB) 115679445, registered seat Čika-Ljubina 12/3, 11102 Beograd, Serbia. "You" means the person who uses the Service.
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service is an AI assistant: chats with an AI model you choose, work with documents and files you upload or the assistant makes, your own mail, calendar and cloud files if you connect them, and research on the web. The models are run by third-party providers and reached through OpenRouter. We may add, change or remove features and models over time.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- You sign up with your email address and confirm it with the link we send. One person, one account; one email address, one account.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- An account closed after a refund or a chargeback is closed for good, and its email address cannot be used to sign up again. We may do the same with an account closed for breaking these Terms.
4. Prices and your balance
The Service is prepaid. There is no subscription and no automatic charge: you top up a balance when you choose, in the amounts offered on your top-up page ($5, $10, $20 or $50). The smallest top-up is $5. Amounts are in USD.
Each top-up becomes usage limit on your own OpenRouter key, which is made for you when you sign up and used by the assistant for your requests. This normally happens within a minute. A top-up becomes usage limit of the amount divided by (1 + 25/100): for example, $10 becomes $8.00. The difference, $2.00 in this example, is our service fee of 25% on top of the model usage the top-up buys.
Each request to a model uses limit equal to what OpenRouter charges for it at the price it publishes for that model at the time of the request. Model prices are set by OpenRouter and the model providers, not by us, and can change. When the limit runs out, the assistant cannot use paid models until you top up again.
Your balance and usage limit are not a deposit and earn no interest. They cannot be moved to another account or exchanged for cash, except as a refund under the Refund Policy.
We may change our service fee or the top-up amounts. A change applies to top-ups made after it is shown on this site; usage limit you already have stays as it is.
5. Card payments
Our order process for card payments is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all card orders: it sells the top-up to you, charges your card, handles sales tax and VAT, and its name appears on your card statement. Paddle shows the final price, with any tax that applies where you live, before you pay. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to the payment. For questions about a card charge you can also contact Paddle at paddle.net.
6. Crypto payments
You can top up with USDT or USDC on Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum One or OP Mainnet, sent to your own deposit address shown on your top-up page. A deposit is credited after the confirmations its network needs, which the product page lists. 1 USDT or 1 USDC counts as 1 USD. Deposits below $5 wait until your deposits together reach $5.
Blockchain transactions are public and cannot be reversed. You pay the network fee of sending. Send only USDT or USDC and only on these networks: a deposit in another token or on another network may be lost, and we cannot promise to recover it.
7. Refunds
You can ask for what is left of your money at any time: the paid balance not yet turned into usage limit, plus the unused usage limit of your key, never more than you paid. A refund closes your account for good. The Refund Policy sets out the details, including chargebacks and crypto.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything illegal, or to make, store or send illegal content;
- try to break, probe or overload the Service, get around its security or limits, or disturb other users;
- sign up with automated tools, or open several accounts to get around limits or a closed account;
- resell the Service, or share your account or its access with others;
- use the assistant against accounts or data that are not yours or that you have no right to use, or to send spam;
- use a model in a way that OpenRouter or the model's provider forbids.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and report illegal activity to the authorities.
9. AI output
Answers, documents and other output of the assistant are made by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important before you rely on it. The Service does not give professional legal, medical, financial or tax advice.
You decide what the assistant does in your connected accounts, such as a letter it sends or an event it creates at your request, and you are responsible for it.
10. Your content
You keep all rights to what you upload and what the assistant makes for you. You allow us to store and process it only to run the Service for you, which includes sending the content of each request to the model you chose through OpenRouter. We do not use your content to train models.
When you connect an account (mail, calendar, cloud files), you allow the assistant to read it and act in it for you as you ask. You can disconnect it at any time. The provider's own terms apply to that account.
11. Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running but do not promise any level of availability. It depends on OpenRouter and the model providers, and a model can be slow or unavailable at times. We may pause the Service for maintenance.
12. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
13. Ending
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). If you want what is left of your money back, ask for the refund before the account is deleted. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. Sections 9, 10 and 12 to 14 stay in force after an account is closed.
14. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. The courts of Belgrade, Serbia, decide disputes. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live and the right to go to its courts.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. For a material change we tell you in advance by email or on this site. If you keep using the Service after the change takes effect, the new Terms apply; if you do not agree, stop using the Service and ask for a refund of what is left.
